If you’re not happy with Sapien Frontier, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. No questions asked, and nothing to fill in.
How to ask
Write to us through our contact page from the email address on your account, or contact Paddle, our reseller, at paddle.net. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
After the first 14 days
You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for and won’t be charged again. Monthly renewals aren’t refunded, except where the law where you live gives you that right, or if something went wrong on our side (for example, you were charged after cancelling); then we’ll put it right.
Who processes refunds
Orders are sold by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which issues every refund. The service itself is provided by Quantum Economics LTD. See our terms of service.
