How do I sign in?
Enter your email on the log-in page and click the link we send. There’s no password. Links work once and expire after 20 minutes.
Can I change my email?
Not yet from the account page. Write to us from your current address and we'll move it.
Your Monitor
What can I watch?
Any company on the coverage page, and themes that cut across companies (federal funding, capital raising, reported results and so on). Pro allows 10 in total.
When do digests arrive?
At the hour you choose (UTC). Daily digests only arrive on days with changes, plus a weekly all-clear so silence is never ambiguous. Weekly digests always arrive.
Why did I get a 'coverage note' instead of an all-clear?
Because one of our sources couldn't be checked on schedule. We don't claim nothing happened unless we actually checked.
What are alerts?
Optional same-day emails for major items (results, material agreements, financings, acquisitions) in your watchlist. They respect your quiet hours.
Billing
How do I cancel?
Account → Billing & plan → Cancel my plan. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
What happens if a payment fails?
Monitoring continues for up to 7 days while the processor retries. If it can't collect, the plan ends; your watchlist is kept.
Refunds?
Write to us and we'll look at it. We don't make blanket refund promises, but we're not difficult about honest mistakes.
